Creatorgraphers, kapalı bir fotoğraf kulübünün uygulamasıdır. Üyeler etkinliklere fotoğraf yükler ve fotoğrafları isimsiz puanlar. Uygulamaya yalnız kulübe kabul edilen üyeler girebilir.
Google'dan aldıklarımız
Google ile girdiğinde Google bize adını, e-posta adresini ve profil fotoğrafının bağlantısını gönderir. Bunlar giriş sistemi tarafından saklanır. Uygulamada yalnızca e-posta adresin kullanılır: kim olduğunu tanımak ve yöneticinin katılma isteğini görmesi için. Google'daki adın ve profil fotoğrafın uygulamada gösterilmez.
Senin verdiklerin
- Adın soyadın ve yöneticiye notun: katılma isteğinde yazdıkların. Kulüpte bu adla görünürsün.
- Fotoğrafların: yüklediğin kareler, uzun kenarı 3000 piksele küçültülerek saklanır.
- Fotoğraf bilgileri: çekim tarihi ve makine bilgisi (makine, objektif, odak, diyafram, enstantane, ISO). Çekim tarihi, buluşmada çekilmesi gereken temalarda kontrol için kullanılır. Makine bilgisi oylama bitene kadar kimseye gösterilmez.
- Konum: fotoğraftaki konum bilgisi okunmaz ve saklanmaz; fotoğraf yüklenmeden önce telefonunda yeniden kaydedilir ve dosyadaki bütün gömülü bilgiler silinir.
- Kulüp afişi izni: kazanırsan fotoğrafının kulüp afişinde kullanılıp kullanılamayacağı.
Kim görür
- Oylama başlayana kadar yüklediğin fotoğrafı yalnızca sen görürsün. Oylamada fotoğraflar kulüp üyelerine isimsiz gösterilir, isimler sonuçlarla açılır.
- Diğer üyeler adını ve rolünü görür. E-posta adresini yalnızca kulüp yöneticileri görür.
- Verilerin reklam, analiz ya da başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ya da satılmaz.
Nerede saklanır
Veriler Supabase'de, Avrupa Birliği'nde (Frankfurt, Almanya) saklanır. Uygulamanın sayfaları GitHub Pages üzerinden sunulur. Yazı tipi Google Fonts'tan yüklenir. Tarayıcın oturumunu açık tutmak için yalnızca giriş bilgisini saklar; izleme çerezi kullanılmaz.

Creatorgraphers is the app of a private photography club. Members upload photos to events and rate them anonymously. Only people accepted into the club can use the app.
What we receive from Google
When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address and a link to your profile picture. These are stored by the sign-in system. The app only uses your email address, to recognise you and to let club admins review your join request. Your Google name and profile picture are not shown in the app.
What you provide
- Your name and a note to the admin: entered in your join request. You appear in the club under this name.
- Your photos: stored as a copy resized to 3000 pixels on the long edge.
- Photo details: capture date and camera details (camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO). The capture date is used to check photos for themes that must be shot at the meetup. Camera details are hidden until voting ends.
- Location: location data in your photo is never read or stored; the photo is re-encoded on your device before upload and all embedded metadata is removed.
- Club poster permission: whether your photo may be used on the club poster if it wins.
Who can see it
- Until voting starts, only you can see the photos you uploaded. During voting, club members see the photos without names; names are revealed with the results.
- Other members see your name and role. Only club admins see your email address.
- Your data is not used for advertising or analytics and is never shared or sold.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The app pages are served by GitHub Pages. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser only keeps your sign-in session; no tracking cookies are used.
Deletion and contact
